Conde Nast Traveler named Casa del Mar one of the "Top 10 Mexican Golf
Resorts". Los Cabos has become the second
most important golf destination in North America. Golf is the essence of
the Cabo Real Master Plan Community where the emerald fairways of Los
Cabos’ two most renowned courses wind through scenic cactus lined
canyons, hills, and arroyos down to the shoreline where the desert meets
the sea. A total of nine spectacular oceanfront holes embrace Cabo Real’s 3-1/2 miles of coastline, inspiring the often heard and
flattering remark that Cabo Real is the Pebble Beach of Mexico. The
Cabo Real golf course,
designed by Robert Trent Jones II was built first and opened in 1989,
followed by the El
Dorado golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus in 1994. Each course
has its own distinct personality with unique challenges that will
inspire the golfers skills of every level.
Just walk down a few hundred yards on the beach and you will be able to enjoy riding horses next to the ocean.
Fishing
The

Snorkelling locations near Playa Santa Maria and Playa Chileno
Diving in the Sea of Cortez is an unforgettable experience, with shipwrecks, caves, reefs, and sandfalls to explore. Where you go depends on your expertise. Snorkelling tours are perfect for just a taste of the underwater world.
Diving conditions are great all year. June to December offer the greatest visibility, warmest water and longest periods of calm weather. Temperature averages between 78 and 85 F
Whale Watching
The presence of whales, seen from the shores around Los Cabos, adds excitement to the sea from January through March every year.
Other activities include ATV rentals, glass bottom boat trips, cruises, and a visit to Sammy Hagar's official Cabo Wabo bar.
